Help!
I changed my view of the Catalog Task to "SOW Modal" as I was scrolling through views to see what I preferred. Now I can't change it to another view, instead I receive a message that says:
Can anyone direct me to how to correct this?

Hi @Gayle F,
Try changing the view from a list view. That should follow through to the form view.

That seems to be custom development.
So contact your ServiceNow administrator to tell you how to circumvent that situation.
