We have almost 10 categories on incident form and few subcateogies also those actually gets visible on the bases of what category you select.
Now suddenly if for 2 different categories no subcategories gets visible on the form, please suggest what could be this issue , how to triubleshoot this

@VIKAS MISHRA On your incident form, right click on the sub category field level and choose option Configure Dictionary.
You will be taken to this page. Scroll to the bottom and find choices related list.
In this list, check if your subcategories exist, if they do, check the dependent value column and see if the dependent category value is configured correctly or not.

In this list, check if your subcategories exist, if they do, check the dependent value column and see if the dependent category value is configured correctly or not.
