Hi,
Are you a user with admin? If you go to the subflow properties (top right additional actions menu) what is the 'accessible from' set to? What 'application' (e.g scope) is the flow in?

flow is running with which user?
Your subflow set flow variable script should also dot walk to get sysId as the input type is Reference

Hi @Alon Grod
- Ensure your flow is running by System user instead of user who initiated session
- Ensure you have selected correct scope only
