Submit incident in Service Portal using ATF

I am trying to submit an incident on Service Portal using ATF. I understand that there is a "Service catalog in Service Portal" section in ATF steps that can do this. However, I want to submit the incident as if end user is using the tool : Open Portal -> Search for category = Get Help;  click on Create Incident -> Provide values and Submit. I am able to reach till opening incident form using Click Custom component but not able to set the values. I tried to set values using custom UI option but when clicked on Retrieve components, the catalog variables are not present. Also tried to use record producer set variable values - this doesnt work. Any other ideas how this can be achieved?

is this issue resolved?

I am facing the same issue while trying to open a record producer to submit values.The record producer itself is not loading properly.Could you please help!!!

The issue I posted is not resolved. You can add some timeout to let the record producer load - it should work.

I was also facing the same issue and resolved by setting the Please describe your issue field value  as that value that don't have related results if the value has common keywords then it will have related results  and if it has related results your test will fail at setting variable value step.
