'submitted by' field in Legal service delivery

Hii Guys,

Need a hand in information:

There's a OOB field on Legal Request table named as 'Submitted By'(submitted_by) field. When, where & how we have to use this field in legal? This is my major concern.

if this field is not available on form, then please bring it on form by configure layout.

In layman words, submitted by or created by is auto populated when a user submit the form/ case. 

You can bring that field on form level.

First of all thanks for the reply. I got the solution. The submitted by field in legal service delivery is used when a request is being transferred back to the requestor, then the submitted by field is autopopulated with it's requestor's name. Tried and tested.
