We have a requirement to sync Change Request data between two instances.
Cross‑Org Change Creation & Visibility
Instane1 can raise Changes that follow Instance2’s Change process via Service Bridge. The Change is owned and governed by Instance2, while a mirrored Change gives Intance1 real‑time visibility—eliminating duplicate tickets and manual coordination.
Cross‑Instance Approvals Without Shared Access
Instance1 approvers can approve Changes directly from their own ServiceNow instance using cross‑org approval, removing the need for external user accounts while keeping governance and audit trails intact.
Cross‑Company Task Delegation & Tracking
Change tasks can be assigned to both Instance1 and Instance2, created natively in each party’s ServiceNow but synchronized to the parent Change—ensuring clear ownership, dependency tracking, and on‑time delivery.
