submitted recod not coming in portal

Hi,

I have a RP. When I submitted the record in portal it is showing like that. I want to show all details like it show as OOB. How to do?

Hi @Rosy14, The issue could be due to Additional comments fields being not captured in the Activity filter. You can take a look at below.
