How we can manage the subscription management in production instance ?
We need to calculate the usage of roles for subscriptions.

I know by adding the groups under the subscribed groups will calculate the usage but what are the further things we need to take care or follow after adding groups in that while managing the subscription management.

What do you mean by "but what are the further things we need to take care or follow after adding groups". When you're adding the groups under the subscription, the e.g. fulfiller license utilization is calculated. Off course you also need to keep an eye on custom tables etc. according to your subscription.

Can you please tell us about on which criteria ServiceNow gives a recommended product names for custom tables to map, on issues tab in subscription management.
And if we add those custom tables in the subscription will associated roles related to access that custom table will also add in the associated role list in subscription ?
