Suggestion next to short description -help

Dear All,

In Incident Management, when you click on the light bulb(Suggestions) present immediately in right side of short description field, one pop up appears as shown below:

I am curious to know , when we click on this lightbulb icon (suggestion )   this list appears ( these suggestions are stored in sys_choice table) which shows all suggestions available to that table and field. But I couldn't find how it is generating , I checked UI pages, Ui macros, Processors with no luck.

What is this pick (https://<instance name>.service-now.com/pick_list.do?).

Why I am looking for this is because I can not see any searching functionality in this list (No filter, no magnifying class ) . I want to add search functionality here in this list popup similar to below image.

Hi Golla,

I have already checked these links provided by ctomasi in this thread How to edit suggestions next to Short Description? This is the list that appears after you hit light...

Didn't get any help from these pages.

Hi Craig,

If you want to add new suggestion, right click on short description and select configure dictionary and scroll down to the bottom of the form and there would be choices which will show the list of choice list(suggestions) available for short description fields. Add how many new suggestions that you want to display in the choice list.

Once you have added, again right click on short description and configure choices and use the slush bucket to add new choice list to be shown on the suggestion field of short descriptiom
