Suggestion next to short description -help

Dear All,

In Incident Management, when you click on the light bulb(Suggestions) present immediately in right side of short description field, one pop up appears as shown below:

I am curious to know , when we click on this lightbulb icon (suggestion )   this list appears ( these suggestions are stored in sys_choice table) which shows all suggestions available to that table and field. But I couldn't find how it is generating , I checked UI pages, Ui macros, Processors with no luck.

What is this pick (https://<instance name>.service-now.com/pick_list.do?).

Why I am looking for this is because I can not see any searching functionality in this list (No filter, no magnifying class ) . I want to add search functionality here in this list popup similar to below image.

Hi, is there an updated answer to the question above? We're looking to standardize the use of short descriptions on our created records, so also interested if there's any way to add to the pick.list? Thanks.
