Summary of item being approved are not shown for users

Hi all,
i have created a new application and created approval flow, when approver is system administrator, he can see summary of items being approved details, but if the approver is user, the approved summary details are not shown.
i tried to give user the role to see it but that didn't help .
- kindly see the pic , info2 is name of the table
your support appreciated.

hello, please check for ACL's on the table the requested record and not just sys_approval table
