Survey and assessment

Hi Guys , 

I have created an survey but when I tried to navigate to the portal to take the survey from email to gives me above error and i am trying this from admin role 

can anyone guide !!

Hi @tushar_ghadage 
Ensure that the survey (assessment) has been assigned to you. If not, impersonate the user to whom it's assigned and check. Only the person assigned to the survey can complete it.

owner is system admin 

and also on portal admin is logged in

Earlier i was asking you to check the assigned to value of the assessment instance.
Are you referring the same (assigne to) as owner?
