Survey - Edit Font/Size of Metric Category titles to match Questions - UI page modification needed?

We would like to set the font/size to be consistent on the survey for the questions and metric category headings.

I don't see a way to do this in Survey Designer and I believe I need to modify this on the assessment_take2 UI Page.

When I look through the HTML code I'm unable to find anything that references font/size.

Can someone take a look and advise how we can set the metric category to match the questions?  See screenshot below.

I'm looking for a way to edit the width of the survey form that displays AFTER you click the start button. Its too narrow which is causing my question to span two lines.  Anybody know how to get this one 1 line?
