Survey link is opening for few users and throwing an error for other users

Hey ,

we are triggering a survey on closure of a request which is sent to the Requested For.

For few users (to whom this survey is assigned) , the survey is opening as expected on the portal where as for others (even the triggered survey is assigned to this person) is throwing an error saying “we are sorry! Can’t find a page you are looking for”.

I have checked the roles and that isnt making any inmpact.

Check that the copied URL is accurate and that the person accessing it has the necessary permissions to see the survey. The error below occurs exclusively when the URL contains a typo. See the images below, please.

I am getting an error similar to the wrong url.

howeever, a similar URL is accessible when the survey is assigend to few users(especially admins).

Could you please assist me in clarifying the following query.

 

Are the users experiencing issues external users (those whose accounts do not exist in the ServiceNow instance) or internal users (those whose accounts are present in ServiceNow)?

if your survey URL is not working for the others user so you can make your survey "public".

please refer attached screenshots to make your survey public.
