HR Survey Report Opens but Shows No Records for Users with sn_hr_core_basic Role

Hi Community,

I'm facing an issue with an HR survey-based report. The report is a pie chart showing emoji-driven satisfaction metrics. When an admin clicks on the chart segments, they can drill down and view the underlying survey records without any problem.

However, when a user with only the sn_hr_core_basic role tries the same action:

  • The report opens correctly.

  • But the drill-down shows no records, even though the user should have access to the HR data.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could it be related to table-level ACLs or a missing role/permission on the survey or metric tables?
