Survey not working after adding condition containing Description contains

Hello All,

Survey is triggering for below condition on HR Case table

- State changes to Ready

- HR Service is Offboarding Workflow

- Subject person is not empty

But after adding <Description contains Resignation>, survey is not triggering, is it not taking description field ?

Please help here what i am missing or can i add description condition through any script ?

Survey will trigger when record updates and the condition matches.

It should take Description field in condition and should work fine.

Did you try keeping only Description field condition and remove others and see?
