Hello Experts!
I need guidance (step-by-step) on using Performance Analytics to create a report that shows the % of Incidents Surveys with response of 3 or more for each survey question. I have my Indicator sources and jobs setup. I am looking for guidance in terms of the indicators, focusing on the source-aggregate section. I'm trying to get a total count of all the completed surveys and then out of that total, those with a score of 3 or > for each question. For example, if 50 surveys were completed, I want to see how many out of those 50 gave a response of 3 or more for each question. I hope that clarifies it.
I will appreciate your help and thank you!

Hi @Moe13 ,
Not sure that you will find help on the community to do the work for you. But according to your requirement and according to that you have never used PA before, then I would recommend you to go through the training at NowLearning: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id...
This will give you the required understanding of PA and how you can and should create the reports.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards

Hi @AndersBGS ,
I'm not really looking for assistance to guide me through every step. I may have not explain it well. I have my Indicator sources and jobs setup. I am looking for guidance in terms of the indicators, focusing on the source section. I'm trying to get a total count of all the completed surveys and then out of that total, those with a score of 3 or > for each question. For example, if 50 surveys were completed, I want to see how many out of those 50 gave a response of 3 or more for each question. I hope that clarifies it.

I completely agree with @AndersBGS about the community not being the place to find some one to do the work for you (ask a ServiceNow partner/hire a consultant if you need work done).
After following the training, you will understand PA better and find that it is less daunting. Also know that, depending on the version your instance is on, Platform Analytics may be a place to start (report/pa, all in one). And if you're in a rush: check what's already there, OOB. Your requirement doesn't seem to be very exotic. Maybe just creating an extra breakdown can already be enough (if it doesn't already exist).
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
