Survey response

I am trying to figure out a visualization that would allow me to show the numeric value of the survey response alongside the optional text value of survey response. 

Each survey generates two entries in the asmt_metric_result table.  One entry for a response is the numeric value of the rating.  The second entry is the optional text of the comment.

The field 'Actual Value' contains the numeric rating, but if the number is -1 the entry is the optional text contained in the 'String Value' field.

Do you configured the survey value for each question (Q1, Q2, Q3…) ?

Basically when you create a survey you need set some values (numeric values) for each question 

This will essential when you measure your metrics
