We have configured an Incident survey with 4 numeric value questions (1 (Low) to 5(Excellent)) and an additional field as "First call resolution" with ''Yes/No" dropdown value as you can find in attached screenshot. We want to build a survey result report which should show only those survey results where we received 5 out of 5 for all 4 questions along with "First call resolution" as ''Yes" as survey reply / feedback from caller. I tried configuring a report on asmt_metric_result table but it's not returning the desired /correct results and showing other records as well where answers to those 4 numeric questions are not 5/5 but they are like 4,3,2,1 as well. Has anyone built this kind of survey feedback report and can you please help me on this? Thank you in advance!
