Facing a challenge while configuring the surveys.
We have a survey which got triggered when sctask is assigned to "XYZ" group & state is closed complete. It's trigger condition created on sc_task.
Now, the problem is, on portal, OOB widget showing SCTASK hyperlinks as shown below (in green); from configuration side it's correctly picking it by default but from User's point view it's not correct as SCTASK is not visible to end users, by clicking hyperlinks they are routing to blank page. It should be RITM hyperlink.
As this is OOB widget, we can't change it. Requesting to kindly provide any alternative approach to achieve this.
Again, Trigger condition is SCTASK is assigned to "XYZ" group & state is closed complete.
