how to handle this Do not send survey if the case is having only worknotes.

Hi @Dhanaja Rode,

please provide context - is it HR Case or CSM Case.

 

And also share what you tried and what happened when you tested it... don't expect somebody will do your job, we can support you finish it but it shall start with oyu :)))
