In ServiceNow, every record across all tables is uniquely identified by a sys_id a 32-character Globally Unique IDentifier (GUID) generated automatically upon record creation.

This unique key ensures data integrity, as it is permanent, non-recycled.

That way sys_db_object has its own table sys_id as it shared by @Dr Atul G- LNG  .
