We have multi-factor setup for all admin accounts. This was causing problem with cloning and retrieving update sets. So we setup and account that was web services only and had the required roles. We also set it up with snc_read_only role. This has been working for several years until recently. I put in a case with now support and they said I had to remove snc_read_only. So is there a way to do a cone and retrieve update sets without giving the account full admin rights?

Refer this KB if it helps
KB0860689 Users not able to login in cloned target instance using Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
KB0853086 User may encounter MFA when raising a clone request despite disabling it in sys_user table

These I already know. Please read my statement with the question mark. I already an account that does not require MFA. I'm looking for a way to setup an account that does not have to have full admin rights.
