OOTB Filters on Technical Dashboards in ServiceNow Platform Analytics

Hey All, 

 

We have OOTB filters on the technical editor dashboards in ServiceNow.  We are noticing that these OOTB filters aren't behaving the same as when they filters are used on in-line dashboards. We discovered an issue when an user applies the filter to the data visualizations, when the user logs off, and returns, the filter conditions are automatically cleared and the user has to reapply filter conditions. Is there a way to keep filter conditions?

When user refreshes, the filter condition is removed.
