Hi,

I cannot see email sent in incident.

I already create the email notification.

In the filter activity there is no email sent/received.

How can i fix it?

Thanks

Hi,

thank you!

I changed the sys_email table in true for the email sent before but if i open a new ticket i cannot see the email notification.

Everytime i have to set sys_email table in true. Is there an option to have it automatically?

Thanks a lot

Hi @MariapaolaP

2 Things

- Are you trying in PDI? If yes, then please check is email account exists or not and also is email properties are enable. [ INPDI email wil not work]

- In UI properties, please check you have all access to view this or not.

Hi @MariapaolaP ,

I think you need to configure the activity to include 2 fields-

Emails - autogenerated

Emails - correspondence

Then check these 2 fields in the activity log.

Note- Emails won't be triggered in PDI as its discontinued. Please test only in customer instances.

If my response has resolved your query, please consider giving it a thumbs up ‌‌ and marking it as the correct answer‌‌!
