System Properties

In order to facilitate a significant change to our instance we migrated last weekend (base on advice from our consultants) from Eureka -> Fuji -> Geneva -> Helsinki

We completed UAT before however I have now run into some issues with the system.

I find I can no longer modify System Properties or change (in Dev) email properties to send and receive email - in both cases everything is greyed out. I've logged this with Hi but in the meantime I thought I would check here as the first issue is causing us major issues as we can't switch back to UI15 as I can't add the necessary property.

I've searched the community and the WIKI and can't find anything - maybe it's my search terms!

Any input welcome

Sorted now with thanks to Wynbert Agricole form Service Now.

The three write ACL's sys_properties had lost Admin Overrides in the transition. Once amended I can add the required system property and amend my email properties.

Inconclusive so far the tech has gone away to investigate more, fill list of ACL's for System Properties table below:-

Have you tried to use debugger and debug if some ACL or any other script is causing this?
