System Properties

In order to facilitate a significant change to our instance we migrated last weekend (base on advice from our consultants) from Eureka -> Fuji -> Geneva -> Helsinki

We completed UAT before however I have now run into some issues with the system.

I find I can no longer modify System Properties or change (in Dev) email properties to send and receive email - in both cases everything is greyed out. I've logged this with Hi but in the meantime I thought I would check here as the first issue is causing us major issues as we can't switch back to UI15 as I can't add the necessary property.

I've searched the community and the WIKI and can't find anything - maybe it's my search terms!

Sorted now with thanks to Wynbert Agricole form Service Now.

The three write ACL's sys_properties had lost Admin Overrides in the transition. Once amended I can add the required system property and amend my email properties.

Interesting. The admin role was there for the write ACLs, but admin override was still required? That's bizarre. I wonder how that happened.

we have faced the same issue after upgrading our Dev instance to Helsinki but on checking the ACLs, the write one (sys_properties) does have Admin override,

but Admin still cannot modify email properties

I have attached the sys_properties write ACL

Anyone understand why we cannot modify email properties?
