Table to manage budget

Is there a table to manage the budget separately from the Expense Line?
I understand that the Expense Line table is a table to manage asset charges.

2) benefit_plan

3) resource_plan

I checked with PDI, but could not find all tables.

Budget is managed in the Portfolio Target (project_funding) table.

You can see a related link on project and demand to create budget.
