We have two similar application services ( <app name> PROD, <app name> PRODUCTION ) that are created from tag based service families and have relationships to different set of CI classes.(VMware Virtual Machine Instance, Manual End points) vs (Windows servers and few other classes) .
why did Tag based service family pull two Application service records and also I would like to know how relationships with tag based application services are created when a user clicks on "recalculate service" related link.
