Task are being created with the short description "See the audit results below for the discrepancie"

Hi,

 

There are tasks being created on Task table with the short description "See the audit results below for the discrepancies that must be addressed". Unable to find it which script is triggering the task. can anyone help me find this, i need to deacitvate the script to stop creating the tasks. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Have you checked Scheduled Jobs? I'm guessing it is not a Client Script as you imply records are being created without user action.
