Hi Team,
my Requirement is :
Update Log reference. Currently, the user in the log showing as the creator of a CIT or task assigned is the associate who closed the previous task. This is incorrect as it is an automated system generated task, but appears in the log as someone performed some activity.
Example :
Example : After Vinay close the task assign to him, the next task task shows him as open. This is incorrect as it is an automated system generated task, but appears in the log as Vinay performed some activity.
Example Scenario: ( This is Exact requirement)
To illustrate this issue, let's consider an example:
- Vinay closes a task assigned to him.
- The system automatically generates a new task.
- In the Update Log, the new task shows Vinay as the creator, even though it was generated automatically by the system.
Can this be done to workflow ? Please some one help me to achieve these to complete.

Hi Vinay,
Could you please check where the second task is being created? Also, verify if it is being generated by the same script used for closing the first task.
Thanks,

It shows the user that triggered the record creation, which is Vinay in your example. If you create a flow in flow designer and have it run as 'system', you won't have this issue.

This is one of the reasons you want to move away from the workflow and use flow designer.
