Task SLA Report

Hello Exports,

We have SLA Reports in that How to add Description in Personalize list columns.

Table level we can add using list layout.

 we have tried but no luck, can you please support on this.

Hi @akin9 ,

First of all, you're stating that you have a SLA report, but what is see is "just" a list view. Is it the list view you want to enhance or is it through report designer you would like to create a report? Secondly, are we talking about description from incident or where from? If it is from incidents, you should utilize the incident_sla instead.

We have created the SLA Report for Task table

and we want to add Description field in Reports Personalize list columns.

we want Task_SLA table.

Where does the description comes from? Which table?
