Hello Exports,

We have SLA Reports in that How to add Description in Personalize list columns.

Table level we can add using list layout.

 we have tried but no luck, can you please support on this.

Ok, you can't accomplish this due to it's two different tables. You need to utilize the incident_sla instead of the task_sla according to ServiceNow architecture.

Hi @AndersBGS ,

I have achieved this pls find the below steps.

1.open Task_sla.list table

2.Go to Configure >> List layout>>

3.Select the field move and save.

Ok - thanks for the information. Please notice that this is "not only" the incident description, but description based on all different tasks you will get inc, HR, ICT etc. 

 

You can off course limit the list by filtration, but since you earlier mentioned the incident, I would always recommend to utilize a limited list instead of creating filters on the task level. 

 

But again - there are many ways to achieve the same end goal.
