Hi Team ,
can anyone please help me here , in Task SLA Target option is not showing to few users .
As i admin i have configured from List Layout , But still not working .
If I do Open in new window , then it showing ,
But in the related tabs it is not showing what is issue , how to fix please provide steps to resolve this issue .
Please provide fix steps screenshot .

Hi,
As admin you can define the list layout, and that becomes the default list fields. But if any user has already modified the list of fields they wan to see then it wont change to default automatically. Those users need to click on the personalize list themselves and there is a button at the bottom of the popup called 'reset columns to default', they would need to click on that to get the default list back.

Hi @nameisnani,
The SLA 'Target' field is actually a field from the 'SLA Definition' table - essentially, it's a dot-walked field.
When you configure the Related List, click on the icon above the > icon when you select the 'SLA Definition' field (which should be in green). From here you can select the 'Target' Field. (As shown below)
Also, as @Anurag Tripathi has pointed out, make sure any user that cannot see it has 'Reset column defaults'.
