Tasks not firing after RITM approved

I created  a flow for a catalog item.   I submitted the  catalog item and approved the request, but the catalog tasks did  not fire.  I saved and activated the flow. Here is the flow: https://gpidev.service-now.com/now/workflow-studio/builder%3Ftable%3Dsys_hub_flow%26sysId%3Ded8e45c3...

Do you know why the sctasks won't fire? Thanks!

@DeIvory Gordon

please don't add actual instance name.

Also please share the flow you configured and flow execution screenshots

Any error thrown in flow when it ran?

Ensure Flow is Configured to Run as "System User"

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @DeIvory Gordon ,

Check the flow context (click on the related links Flow Context). see whether there is an sc task or not and see where is the flow currently

Hello @DeIvory Gordon !
It would be really helpful if you could share a couple of screenshots of your flow. The fact that you provided a hyperlink to the instance you are currently working on does not help since we don't have access to open and investigate the flow.

Please consider marking my answer as helpful if it assisted you in any way.

Hi @DeIvory Gordon,

unless you are using the OOTB workflow, the link is useless because nobody from this Community will have access to it 😉

Instead please share the workflow from the workflow studio, to see the triggers for the sctask creation
