Taxonomy Topic Content not showing in Now Mobile App

We have successfully connected the taxonomy from our portal to the Now mobile app and it works, but under the "Browse (topic)" tab it does not show all the articles/requests under it unlike the portal.

 

This is what the taxonomy in Now Mobile App looks like:

Hi @Zack Hilacan1 ,

I went through with same issue earlier that it was not showing to me. 

You have to update "Now Mobile" plugin first and then you will be able to find a fix script "Enable Taxonomy For Mobile". Once you have created a property as mention in the following link and ran the above mention fix script.

I already updated the "Now Mobile" plugin and run the fix script with the system property created, still the articles and request in the taxonomy does not show up in the browse.

If possible, is there a way just to hide the "Browse" section

The Mobile app only shows content in the actual topic (lowest level), whereas the Web version shows content that is in child topics. So if you have a hierarchy like

 

  • Taxonomy
    • HR
      • Child Topic 1
        • Child Topic 1.1
          • Content Item A

 

Then on Mobile you will NOT see Content Item A if you are on the topic of HR, or Child Topic 1. It will ONLY show on Child Topic 1.1.

On the Web version, you WILL see Content Item A in HR, Child Topic 1, and Child Topic 1.1.

 

If you want to change this behavior you'd need to clone/update the OOTB Widget.
