I have an issue with Teams VA integration, where it opens items not as expected.
Example here:
For some reason, some items show as "Catalog Item" and some as "Service Catalog". Service catalog opens up in a link as needed but Catalog item tries to open as the new "Popup" page. I've changed sys_property mentioned in https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-catalog-... as needed but still it doesnt follow the correct URL.
Both items are in sc_cat_item table which has default URL fallback configuration
