Test Management 2: Customize Run Tests dialog

I would like to customize the RUN dialog so that the "Run name" field is pre-populated and the Environment field is mandatory. Is there a way to customize this dialog?

I doubt it can change able, as a run name can be different every tine when you run and envirnoment too.

Yes, it can differ but we want to create a dynamic run name (e.g. as a parameter by calling the page) and the field environment should be a mandatory field
