Test suites fail using cloud runner, but same suites execute successfully using client runner

Please help, I am trying to run ATF suites using the cloud runner, because we want to schedule to run these daily.

However, most of the tests executed by the cloud runner fail to execute, whereas when the same tests executed by the client runner complete successfully.

Any idea?  Sample of the errors below:

We are finding similar issues where we try to use the cliud runner and we get a big % of fails. When we rerun using the client runner they pass absolutely fine. We are thinking of raising a support ticket for this.
