I am trying to test a flow in flow designer & I am only able to see the test results in flow engine context:
How can I switch to the execution view as below to debug the flow?

Do you have reporting turned on for flows in your instance, or reporting turned on for your flow specifically? In the flow itself, you should be able to see what report settings you have.
Here is where you check in the flow itself.
You need to set it Full, as you can see in the screenshot, if you want runtime values like you have in your post of the variable name and variable value. These reporting changes will only affect new flow contexts after the change, any contexts before the change will not be affected by these changes.
