Text analytics - Trend line and Related records

1- The trend line in my text analytics does not reflect the time line of past quarter . While the text analytics is going back 90 days, the trend line still shows 30 days. 

2. Also, are we able to add columns to the related records?

Check the property com.snc.pa.text.trendline_points_for.frequency that defines the number of points visible in the text analytics trend-line with default value of 30. Refer below documentation for more details

Try this change in the system property: com.snc.pa.text.trendline_points_for.frequency  from 30 to 60/90

For 2nd screenshot , click on gear icon n you can add the fields.
