Text search is not working for incident

Hello, 

I am facing global text search issue for Incident and KB article tables. 

In instance, if I search for an incident OR KB article by short description, description , no results are shown. Just a blank page with a loading circle icon.

All source for the search is available in table sys_search_source. Filter the table field to list only kb_knowledge record. 

You may see multiple records. Ensure the KB you are searching matches any of the conditions
