Hi @SNExplorerHP

Is this for all users or limited. Also is it full screen or small size email.

I'm seeing the same behavior in my instance as well, the desktop version of Outlook doesn't render the buttons correctly.

I believe it has something to do with the html formatting for the button - but I'm not sure how to best replace it

Here is an article from Microsoft, but it refers to Outlook 2007 and I'm on MS365 web/desktop. - Outlook desktop app is not showing button included in html email body - Microsoft Community

Here is the button formatting from the notification:

<td style="width: 100%; height: 52px; padding-top: 16px;"><span id="requestreject" class="btn" style="border-radius: 4px; border: 1px solid #4f52bd; padding: 6px 16px; color: #4f52bd;">${mailto:mailto.btn.rejection}</span><span id="requestapprove" class="btn inverse" style="margin-left: 16px; border-radius: 4px; border: 1px solid #4f52bd; padding: 6px 16px; background-color: #4f52bd; color: #fff;">${mailto:mailto.btn.approval}</span></td>
