The below assignment groups to have No Access to Active HR Services grouped in Learning Services Category-

1. Absence Tier 2 - US/UK/CAN

But what's happening here- as you can see in image 

1. Absence Tier 2 - US/UK/CAN - should be restricted to see these services tagged in image - which is working fine 
2. But If I'm trying to impersonate and see the case with Absence Tier 1 group member (by the way this member should be able to see the case) for him also case is getting resected and same with other groups.
