Hello everyone,
There seems to be a problem with the Similar Incident (TI) recommendation action. The button Copy resolution notes is not visible if I switch the language of my instance other than English.
The button is visible and the contents in recommended action includes the Close notes and looks like this if the instance language is English:
But if i switch the language to Japanese, the Link incident as parent still works as is but the copy resolution notes recommended action changes and instead of displaying the close notes, it will be replaced with the description and the buttons are gone:
The link incident as parent is fine if I switch the language:
I appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

I think it's a localization/translation issue where the UI Builder or the recommendation action definitions (and their associated labels/buttons) aren’t translated for that language and therefore the control isn’t rendered the same way as it is in English....... because recommended actions rely on proper context, rule conditions and translated labels to show ui elements correctly.......this is consistent with how recommendations and guidance actions are surfaced and why switching languages can hide or change labels/buttons if the translation entries are missing or incomplete..........so the way to fix it is to review and update the translated text for that guidance action and its inputs via the ui translation / sys_translated_text records or use the localization framework to ensure that all display values for japanese are present......
