The 'Customer Service Survey User Invite' OOTB notification is missing in the CSM instance

The 'Customer Service Survey User Invite' OOTB notification is not available in our CSM instance. The following plugin 'com.sn_customerservice' is already active in our instance, The same plugin activated in PDI has the 'Customer Service Survey User Invite' OOTB notification. Is there anything extra we need to do to get that notification to the system?

Are you able to run a 'repair' operation on the plugin in your instance?

Yes I did but still no luck
