The HR approval request is showing 2 short descriptions under My-to do's configuration

The approver sees 2 short description in HR approval request in esc portal. Is this the default behavior or is there any way to remove it or replace it with description field?

Try to test in PDI once. I am sure it is not expected behaviour.
