Hello,

Is this a new developer instance or have you had it for awhile? If for awhile, then ServiceNow reclaimed PDIs that were in an old data center as they have moved everything to a different infrastructure. This means that your instance is essentially gone and you'll need to release and obtain a new one which will give you one within the correct infrastructure.

Thank you very much for your answer. After waiting for about 2 hours, my instance automatically resumed and can now be successfully awakened
