The "Type" field is empty, and a utils function indicates that the field's internal type is "UNKNOWN

As this type of field type is showing unknown which creates a problem when fetching value from Datawarehouse and why ,how can configure this type of issue please explain this type of field Please share your views on this

I suggest that you delete the 'u_annual_salary' field and re-create it. 'Type' is a mandatory field on sys_dictionary records.

but could you share any views that how this field may be created and that it shows UNKNOWN instead of an empty value in Utils

Create a Support case so the assigned TSE can review. I repaired hundreds of DB problems at my time at Servicenow. TSE's have the ability to repair any DB problem.
