the remote endpoint returned an error (http 401) outlook actionable message

I configured outlook survey. When Iam trying to submit its showing 'the remote endpoint returned an error (http 401)' for some users and for others its working good. Please suggest me the root cause.

Hi @Balakrishna_ABK

 

Actionable messages are based on the Sender Policy Framework (SPF)/DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) validation for the email sender verification. If an email recipient receives email via an external provider, emails may are not rendered as adaptive cards.

 

Please check that the user outlook is not black listed the mail.

Hello Akash,

i have the same case and it happens with a colleague of mine. I get 401 when i hit SUbmit while she have no issue of submitting. No blacklisting of the meails, everything comes directly io nthe inbox. We have tried via Outlook o nthe web - same case. Further mroe - the licent him self gets an error 403 and his colleague - do not even get the adaptive card. No difference in the configuration, we all test the same thing. Any ideas?
